What it does

• Puts your recommendations in front of a client at the moment they are choosing a photographer, not months earlier in an attachment.
• Keeps one list that every client sees, so updating a recommendation updates it everywhere at once.
• Groups vendors by category, so someone looking for a florist is not reading through caterers.
• Gives you a public page you can send to anyone, with no login and no portal needed.
• Lets you retire a vendor without deleting the record, so a relationship that ends does not erase its history.

How it works

1. Add the vendors you trust

   Each one takes a name, a short description of why you recommend them, a link to their site, and a category.

2. Sort them by category

   Photographers, florists, caterers, music, whatever categories fit how you work. Clients browse the one they need.

3. They appear for every client

   The list shows in each client portal automatically. There is nothing to attach to a booking and nothing to remember when a new client starts.

4. Share it beyond the portal

   Copy your public vendor page link and send it to a prospect, put it on your website, or hand it to someone who has not booked yet.

5. Keep it current

   Switch a vendor off when a relationship ends and they disappear from every portal and from the public page at once.
