What it does
- Puts your recommendations in front of a client at the moment they are choosing a photographer, not months earlier in an attachment.
- Keeps one list that every client sees, so updating a recommendation updates it everywhere at once.
- Groups vendors by category, so someone looking for a florist is not reading through caterers.
- Gives you a public page you can send to anyone, with no login and no portal needed.
- Lets you retire a vendor without deleting the record, so a relationship that ends does not erase its history.
How it works
-
Add the vendors you trust
Each one takes a name, a short description of why you recommend them, a link to their site, and a category.
-
Sort them by category
Photographers, florists, caterers, music, whatever categories fit how you work. Clients browse the one they need.
-
They appear for every client
The list shows in each client portal automatically. There is nothing to attach to a booking and nothing to remember when a new client starts.
-
Share it beyond the portal
Copy your public vendor page link and send it to a prospect, put it on your website, or hand it to someone who has not booked yet.
-
Keep it current
Switch a vendor off when a relationship ends and they disappear from every portal and from the public page at once.
What's included
| What a listing holds | A name, a description of why you recommend them, a link to their website, and a category to file them under. |
|---|---|
| Categories | Group vendors however suits your venue, so a client browses photographers without scrolling past caterers. |
| In every portal | The list appears in every client portal on its own. You maintain one list rather than a set of recommendations per booking. |
| A public page | Your vendor list also lives at its own public address that needs no login, so you can share it with anyone, booked or not. |
| Switch off, do not delete | Making a vendor inactive removes them from every portal and the public page immediately, while the record stays with you. |
| One update, everywhere | Changing a description or a link updates every client portal and the public page at the same moment. No reissued PDF. |
| Any event type | The same list serves weddings, corporate events and everything else a venue hosts. |

Common questions
What is a preferred vendor list for a wedding venue?
It is the set of photographers, florists, caterers and other suppliers a venue recommends to its clients, usually because they already know the building and work well in it. In Seated With Love that list lives in the product, shown inside every client portal and on a public page you can share.
Does Seated With Love include preferred vendors?
Yes, on both the free and the Pro plan. Add your vendors once and the list appears in every client portal automatically, with nothing to attach per booking.
Can I share my vendor list with people who have not booked yet?
Yes. Your list has its own public page that needs no login, so you can send the link to a prospect, put it on your own website, or include it in a tour follow-up.
What does each vendor listing include?
A name, a short description of why you recommend them, a link to their website, and a category. The description is where you say what they are actually good at, which is the part a client acts on.
What happens when I stop working with a vendor?
Switch them off. They disappear from every client portal and from your public page straight away, and the record stays with you rather than being erased.
How many vendors can I list?
Up to 250, the same on both plans. That is well beyond what any venue recommends in practice, so it is not a limit you will meet.
